USINA 220A Plus Power Supply

The USINA 220A Plus is a high-performance 12-volt power supply for car audio systems with high power requirements. With an output current of up to 220 amps and a maximum output power of 2,750 watts, it is particularly well-suited for high-power amplifier and subwoofer systems that are intended to be operated continuously for extended periods.

The power supply can support the vehicle battery while the audio system is in operation, thereby preventing rapid discharge. At the same time, the USINA 220A Plus can be used to power 12-volt components. This makes it suitable, for example, for car audio demo vehicles, show cars, workshops, or stationary sound systems.

The output voltage can be adjusted within a range of 12.5 to 14.4 volts. This allows the power supply to be adapted to the specific application. With up to 220 A at 12.5 V, a high current reserve is available even for larger amplifier configurations.

According to the manufacturer, this robust power supply achieves an efficiency of approximately 85%. A cable cross-section of 50 mm² is specified on the output side for high current loads. An integrated 32-A protection circuit on the input side protects the input stage.
