1. Shipping Information

1.1 Provided the items are in stock, your order will typically be shipped within 1–3 days of receipt of payment within Germany; delivery times may vary for international shipments.

1.2 Shipments are made via Deutsche Post, DHL, or GLS; for bulky or overweight items, they are shipped via a freight forwarder.

1.3 In some cases, due to technical issues, the shipment may be handled by a shipping provider other than the one you selected.

1.4 If available, you will receive a link or a tracking number after the merchandise has been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Within Germany, shipping is free for orders of €49 or more via Deutsche Post, DHL, GLS, or a freight carrier; internationally, shipping is free for orders of €99 or more. For orders totaling less than 49€, we charge a shipping fee of 4.90€; for international orders, the fee is 14.90€. The flat-rate fee for DHL Express is €19.90 for domestic shipments and €49.90 for international shipments. Express orders must be received by 2:30 p.m. at the latest; orders placed after 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday without exception; there are no deliveries on Saturdays. A phone number is required for DHL Express delivery and must be provided during the ordering process.

2.2 Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before a binding order is placed.

2.3 Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs duties, which you are responsible for paying.

We recommend that you combine multiple items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order.
