1. shipping information

1.1 If the goods are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 1-3 days after receipt of payment within Germany, international delivery times may vary.

1.2 Shipping is carried out by Deutsche Post, DHL, GLS or, in the case of bulky goods and overweight, by a forwarding agent.

1.3 In individual cases, due to technical problems, delivery may be made via a shipping service provider other than the one selected.

1.4 If available, you will receive a link or number for shipment tracking after the goods have been shipped

2. shipping costs

2.1 Within Germany, delivery is free of shipping costs from an order value of 49€ with Deutsche Post, DHL, GLS or forwarding agent, internationally from 99€. For orders that do not reach an order value of 49€ or more, we charge shipping costs of 4.90€, internationally of 14.90€.

2.2 Any shipping costs incurred will be displayed during order processing before a binding order is placed.

2.3 Please note that additional taxes and/or duties, for example in the form of customs duties, may be incurred for cross-border deliveries and must be borne by you.

We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders and the shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order.
