The Taramps THE BIG BOSS 3 BASS is a high-performance mono amplifier designed specifically for driving subwoofers and performance-oriented bass systems. With up to 3,000 watts RMS, this power amplifier offers high power reserves for demanding car audio and SPL applications.

A unique feature of the THE BIG BOSS 3 BASS is its automatic multi-impedance technology. The amplifier can operate within a load range of 0.5 to 2 ohms while delivering its full rated power of 3,000 watts RMS. This makes the power amplifier particularly versatile when paired with different subwoofer configurations.

To adjust the bass range, a variable high-pass (or subsonic) filter ranging from 8 to 30 Hz and a variable low-pass filter ranging from 60 to 200 Hz are available. In addition, the bass boost can be adjusted between 0 and +10 dB, with the cutoff frequency selectable between 35 and 60 Hz.

In addition to its high output power, the THE BIG BOSS 3 BASS features various protective circuits against output short circuits, under- or over-voltage, and thermal overload. The built-in RGB lighting with 108 effects adds an eye-catching visual element to the amplifier and can display various light patterns in sync with the music.
