The Nightshade 3,000-watt neodymium subwoofer is designed for incredibly powerful bass with extremely linear excursion and thermal management at the highest level. It features an eight-layer voice coil for extreme power handling and an extended shorting ring to minimize distortion and deliver smooth, highly accurate sound at extreme sound pressure levels.
Thermal control is optimized with a cast aluminum cooling ring, outer fin assembly and aluminum vent ring to actively dissipate heat away from the entire voice coil gap. The subwoofer also features a unique air exchange system for active cooling, which improves reliability during extended use. With a Mega Roll V2 surround for linear cone movement and class-leading Xmax, the Nightshade is the best high-performance neodymium subwoofer in its category.
