The Auto-Connect SG8 is a rugged protective grille for 8-inch speakers and is ideal for car audio installations where the speaker cone needs to be reliably protected from mechanical impact. The SG8 provides effective protection against accidental impacts and other damage, especially for open-mounted speakers in the trunk, door panels, or custom enclosures.

The sturdy steel grille with a hexagonal structure covers the entire front of the speaker, protecting the diaphragm, surround, and dust cap, among other components. At the same time, the open honeycomb structure ensures that sound radiation is affected as little as possible.

With a height of just 28 mm, the SG8 has a relatively flat design. This makes it particularly suitable for speakers with limited cone excursion and installations where there is limited space in front of the driver.

The protective grilles are sold in pairs, making them ideal, for example, for protecting a pair of speakers in a stereo setup.
