The Rockford Fosgate P162-S from the proven Punch series is a high-performance 2-way component system designed to deliver dynamic and detailed music reproduction in your vehicle. With a power handling capacity of 60 watts RMS and 120 watts peak, the speaker system offers a compelling combination of powerful mids, precise highs, and balanced sound.
The 16.5 cm mid-bass drivers feature a lightweight, mica-reinforced polypropylene cone that provides high rigidity and controlled cone movement. A durable polyurethane surround ensures clean sound reproduction even at higher volumes. The vented steel basket provides a stable construction.
The separately mountable tweeters allow for flexible positioning within the vehicle interior and improve the spatial soundstage. The external crossovers ensure precise frequency division between the mid-bass driver and the tweeter. This makes the P162-S ideal for upgrading the sound quality of existing car speakers.
