Integra - 6 MM

The Comfort Mat INTEGRA 6 mm was specifically developed for use as a second layer of insulation and perfectly complements a previously installed aluminum-butyl or vibration-damping mat. Thanks to its multi-layered construction with an integrated acoustic membrane, it significantly reduces airborne noise, road noise, and resonance without unnecessarily adding weight to the vehicle.

INTEGRA really stands out in vehicle doors thanks to its exceptionally low weight and high sound-deadening performance. It not only improves ride comfort but also ensures significantly more precise sound reproduction from the speakers by effectively reducing disruptive outside noise and sound loss. Thanks to its waterproof material and moisture-resistant adhesive layer, it is ideal for long-term use in doors and other high-stress areas.

Quick Installation Guide

1. Remove the vehicle component and completely expose the metal surface.
2. Thoroughly clean the surface and then degrease it with silicone remover or isopropyl alcohol.
3. First, carefully apply a vibration-damping mat (aluminum butyl) and roll it firmly into place using a pressure roller.
4. Cut the Comfort Mat INTEGRA to size.
5. At low ambient temperatures, gently warm the mat to about 40–50 °C to ensure optimal adhesion.
6. Remove the protective film and stick the mat onto the vibration damping material that has already been installed.
7. Next, use a pressure roller to press firmly and evenly across the entire surface to ensure a permanently secure bond without air pockets.

The result is significantly more effective noise insulation, noticeably higher-quality vehicle acoustics, and optimized speaker sound.
