The MQ speakers are the top models in the MUSWAY speaker range. They are characterized by precise sound reproduction, high efficiency and high power handling. This is achieved by very large 16.6 ounce magnet drives in conjunction with 30 mm voice coils (for all 16.5 cm models). Cones made of polypropylene with graphite reinforcement and fiberglass dust protection domes convert the generated power with ease. They have the necessary stability to convert the powerful drive into linear, distortion-free music signals. To ensure that the high-frequency range is also reproduced clearly and cleanly, the developers use finely tuned 25 mm fabric neodymium domes. The sets are completed with the compact inline crossovers, which are separated in the bass and treble sections and are therefore easy to install.
The three coaxial models in the MQ series are also equipped with the innovative composite polypropylene cone with graphite reinforcement. They also have extremely powerful drive units with large voice coils, which enable high power handling. The high efficiency of the basses and the linear frequency response are continued by the 20 mm silk dome tweeters up to well over 20 kHz. Attention was also paid to ease of installation: The tweeters barely protrude from the front of the speaker. Like the component systems, all models are supplied with a high-quality protective grille.
