Wiring wizard & port computer

Use our wiring wizard for simple wiring of speakers and subwoofers! The correct connection is important for your amplifier! Low-impedance operation can damage the amplifier! The data sheet shows you which connection the respective amplifier is designed for!

Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The Musway CSB8W subwoofers were specifically designed to upgrade factory-installed BMW sound systems. With their high-quality construction, high power handling, and vehicle-specific plug-and-play connections, they deliver a significant improvement in bass reproduction compared to the original speakers.

The exceptionally lightweight yet rigid fiberglass cone ensures precise and dynamic bass reproduction. The powerful dual-neodymium magnet system with N42H magnets guarantees efficient sound conversion, even at lower amplifier power levels. In addition, a 50-mm CCAW voice coil made of copper-coated aluminum wire is used, which, thanks to its low weight, enables a high efficiency of 89 dB/W/m.

Thanks to their compact design—with an installation depth of just 31 mm—and vehicle-specific connections, the Musway CSB8W speakers are ideal for replacing the original BMW under-seat subwoofers. The two 20-cm woofers each have a power handling capacity of 180 watts RMS and deliver powerful, controlled bass reproduction.
