The KICKER 47KEY5001 KEY500.1 is a compact mono Class D amplifier with integrated KEY technology for automatic sound optimization of subwoofers. Thanks to intelligent DSP signal processing, the amplifier analyzes the input signal and automatically corrects the frequency response and bass reproduction. This makes the KEY500.1 particularly well-suited for vehicles with factory-installed audio systems that suffer from bass loss or signal clipping.
With an output power of up to 500 watts RMS at 1 ohm, the amplifier provides ample power for high-performance subwoofers. The FIT+™ differential inputs allow for direct connection to virtually any factory-installed or aftermarket radio. Thanks to its start-stop compatibility, the amplifier continues to operate reliably even at on-board voltages as low as 6 volts
