Kicker KEYLOC

The KICKER KEYLOC® Smart Line-Out Converter was designed to seamlessly connect factory audio systems to high-performance aftermarket amplifiers. Thanks to integrated DSP technology, the device automatically analyzes the audio signal from the original radio and corrects typical signal alterations such as equalizer adjustments, time-alignment corrections, or all-pass filters. The result is a clean, linear preamp signal for a high-quality car audio system.

A special feature is the automatic detection of the frequency range of incoming speaker signals. Using the free KICKER test tones, the KEYLOC immediately indicates via its LED display whether the connected speaker wires are carrying low-frequency, mid-frequency, high-frequency, or full-range signals. This greatly simplifies the selection of the optimal connection.

Thanks to its patented KEY™ signal analysis, the KEYLOC is particularly well-suited for modern vehicles equipped with complex factory-installed radios, active sound systems, or factory-installed sound processing. At the same time, the integrated FIT 2+™ technology supports both low-level and high-level inputs, thereby ensuring exceptionally high vehicle compatibility
