The Kicker Solo-Baric L7S 8" combines a distinctive square cone design with an extremely robust construction for powerful and precise bass reproduction. Thanks to its larger effective cone area compared to many conventional 8-inch subwoofers, the L7S moves more air and delivers impressive deep bass even in compact enclosures.
The torsionally rigid polypropylene diaphragm is guided by a durable Santoprene surround and further stabilized by the patented SoloKon™ rear bracing. This minimizes distortion even at high excursion levels. A solid ceramic magnet, the vented UniPlate™ driver, and the sturdy die-cast aluminum basket ensure effective heat dissipation and consistently high power handling.
Thanks to its dual 4-ohm voice coils, the subwoofer can be flexibly configured for 2 or 8 ohms and is suitable for both compact sealed and bass-reflex enclosures.
