The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The Kicker 48TCWRT122 is a high-quality, space-saving active subwoofer enclosure designed for vehicles with limited installation space. By combining a flat 12-inch CompRT subwoofer with a tuned passive diaphragm, the system produces deep, precise bass without requiring the size of a traditional bass-reflex enclosure.
