The HiFonics ZXT10.0 from the ZEUS EXTREME series is a high-performance hybrid buffer capacitor with a capacity of 10 farads, specifically designed to stabilize the power supply of high-performance car audio systems.

During powerful bass pulses, high-performance amplifiers require large amounts of current in a very short time. Since the vehicle battery cannot always adequately compensate for these rapid load changes, voltage drops may occur. The ZXT10.0 supports the vehicle’s electrical system by temporarily storing electrical energy and quickly releasing it when there is a short-term demand for power.

Thanks to its modern hybrid technology, which combines electrolyte and polymer components, the capacitor offers high storage capacity in a compact design. Its exceptionally low internal resistance of just 0.004 ohms enables rapid energy delivery and supports a steady power supply to the amplifier.

The built-in three-digit digital display allows you to monitor the current operating voltage. Thanks to its generously sized terminals, which accommodate cable cross-sections of up to 50 mm², the ZXT10.0 is also suitable for high-power car audio installations.
