HiFonics ZSPL12D2

The HiFonics ZSPL12D2 from the ZEUS POWER series is a powerful 30 cm (12-inch) SPL subwoofer designed for high sound pressure levels, powerful bass reproduction, and large cone excursion.

Its design is based on the proven ZEUS EXTREME series. The specially shaped, double-stitched RSA surround allows for extensive diaphragm movement while ensuring controlled guidance. A particularly durable dust cap made of carbon composite material provides additional stabilization for the diaphragm.

The powerful 120-ounce dual-magnet driver and the 64-mm dual voice coil ensure high power handling. A sophisticated ventilation system helps keep the voice coil cool even under heavy load.

With an RMS power handling capacity of 600 watts, a music power handling capacity of 1,200 watts, and a short-term peak power handling capacity of 1,800 watts, the ZSPL12D2 is particularly well-suited for high-performance car audio systems. The two 2-ohm voice coils allow for flexible adaptation to different amplifier configurations.

The subwoofer really shines in bass-reflex enclosures with a volume of about 55 to 60 liters, where it delivers powerful, deep bass.
