This self-adhesive damping material was developed specifically for more demanding car audio installations and is particularly well-suited for damping vehicle doors and body panels.

HiFonics offers a variety of sound-deadening materials to meet different needs. While the ZEUS 100dB and 120dB models already provide effective sound deadening for many vehicles, the ZEUS 140dB is designed for more powerful audio systems and higher vibration-damping requirements.

With a thickness of 2.0 mm, AluButyl helps reduce panel resonance and minimize unwanted background noise. This allows speakers to deliver better sound quality, and bass reproduction in particular benefits from a more stable installation environment.

Thanks to its self-adhesive design, the material can be applied to suitable, clean, and grease-free surfaces and cut to size as needed.
