Wiring wizard & port computer
Wiring wizard & port computer
Use our wiring wizard for simple wiring of speakers and subwoofers! The correct connection is important for your amplifier! Low-impedance operation can damage the amplifier! The data sheet shows you which connection the respective amplifier is designed for!
Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

Shallow mounting depths are becoming increasingly important when retrofitting vehicle speakers. Conventional flat speakers often offer only limited bass reproduction due to their restricted cone excursion. With the BRUTUS BRX series, HiFonics has developed a generation of speakers that combines a particularly compact design with impressive sound performance.
The newly developed, lightweight yet sturdy carbon-fiber diaphragm enables precise music reproduction and delivers powerful sound despite its shallow mounting depth. Thanks to their compact design, these speakers are particularly well-suited for vehicles with limited space.
The HiFonics BRX42 is a 10 cm (4-inch) 2-way coaxial system with an integrated 13 mm Mylar-neodymium tweeter. The combination of a low-midrange driver and a tweeter ensures balanced reproduction across different frequency ranges. With a mounting depth of just 31 mm, the system can be installed even in tight spaces.
