HERTZ SX 165 Neo

The HERTZ SX 165 NEO was developed for demanding applications that require high sound pressure, excellent efficiency, and a compact design. Thanks to its powerful neodymium driver, the 16.5-cm coaxial system achieves exceptionally high efficiency and delivers impressive volume and dynamics even at low amplifier power.

The water- and UV-resistant cone, made of high-strength compressed paper, delivers a natural sound character and offers high resistance to moisture and the elements. As a result, the speaker is suitable not only for traditional automotive applications but also for motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or other vehicles exposed to harsh environmental conditions.

The large 35-mm PEI tweeter with a neodymium magnet delivers clear and assertive high-frequency reproduction. An integrated protection circuit reliably protects the tweeter from overload and ensures safe, long-term operation even at high volume levels. The double-layer copper voice coil on a polyamide carrier enables excellent heat dissipation and high continuous power handling.

With its high efficiency of 96.5 dB, the SX 165 NEO is ideal for SPL-oriented sound systems where maximum volume, dynamics, and reliability are paramount.
