The HERTZ SV 200.1 was developed for uncompromising sound levels and maximum reproduction of both speech and instruments. As part of the SPL Show Series, this 20-cm midrange driver impresses with exceptionally high efficiency and a robust design that operates reliably even under sustained high loads. Whether in SPL competitions or high-performance car audio systems, the SV 200.1 delivers powerful mids, tremendous dynamics, and impressive presence.
Its lightweight, water-repellent paper diaphragm ensures fast impulse response and a natural sound character, while the double-layered copper voice coil on a KSV carrier remains thermally stable even at high power levels. The high-density ferrite magnet generates powerful drive and enables precise control of the diaphragm. The system is complemented by a double-corrugated fabric surround, which ensures linear reproduction even during large excursions.
With its high sound pressure level, the HERTZ SV 200.1 is ideal for SPL front systems, doorboards, or high-performance multi-way systems where maximum volume and clear vocals are the top priorities. When paired with compatible tweeters and subwoofers, it delivers an impressive soundstage with tremendous dynamics and impact.
