HERTZ MP 28.3 PRO

The HERTZ MP 28.3 PRO was developed for discerning music lovers who place the highest value on rich detail, dynamics, and precise soundstage imaging. As part of the renowned Mille PRO series, it incorporates numerous technologies from the flagship Mille Legend series and combines them with excellent everyday usability and easy integration into high-quality car audio systems.

The large 28-mm Tetolon dome ensures exceptionally natural and finely detailed high-frequency reproduction. Thanks to its optimized geometry, it delivers exceptionally wide sound dispersion even when mounted off-center—ideal for installations in the A-pillars or the dashboard. The meticulously damped resonance chamber significantly reduces natural resonance and enables lower crossover frequencies between the tweeter and mid-bass driver. The result is a smooth transition and a realistic, high-placed soundstage.

The powerful dual neodymium driver ensures high magnetic field symmetry and minimizes distortion even with demanding audio signals. This is complemented by an exceptionally lightweight 28-mm CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminum Wire) voice coil, which precisely reproduces fast transients while offering high power handling. With its extended high-frequency range, the MP 28.3 PRO delivers the finest sonic details, brilliant highs, and an exceptionally airy sound—even at high volumes.

To ensure simple and flexible installation, Hertz provides a comprehensive range of installation accessories, including flush-mount and surface-mount enclosures, as well as a compact external crossover with level adjustment. This allows the tweeter to be optimally integrated into both OEM and custom high-end car audio projects.
