The HERTZ MLK 700.3 LEGEND was developed for discerning car audio enthusiasts who expect the highest precision in the midrange and high-frequency ranges. This high-quality 2-way system combines the ML 700.3 Legend 70-mm midrange driver, the ML 280.3 Legend Tetolon® tweeter, and the specially tuned MLCX 2 TM.3 crossover into a perfectly harmonious unit.
The 70-mm midrange driver impresses with its exceptionally natural vocal reproduction and an impressively open soundstage. Its V-Cone® diaphragm, made of compressed cellulose and cotton fibers, ensures even sound distribution and a particularly linear dispersion pattern. This is supported by a powerful neodymium driver and a magnetic structure optimized for maximum dynamics.
The ML 280.3 Legend tweeter, with its Tetolon® dome, complements the system with finely resolved highs, high fidelity, and a pleasant, natural sound character. The high-quality crossover not only allows for level adjustment of the tweeter but also features a three-step mid-contour tuning, enabling the sound signature to be optimally adapted to the vehicle and installation position.
The MLK 700.3 LEGEND is ideal for high-quality active or passive front speaker systems and pairs perfectly with the Legend woofers ML 1650.3 or ML 1800.3. The carefully selected materials and identical electroacoustic design philosophy result in an exceptionally homogeneous sound with impressive soundstage imaging and authentic music reproduction.
