With the HERTZ CX 165, you get a high-performance 16.5 cm coaxial speaker designed to deliver a significant improvement in sound quality compared to stock car speakers. Thanks to the precisely tuned interaction between the mid-bass driver and the integrated tweeter, the system delivers a balanced sound, excellent speech intelligibility, and dynamic bass.

The combination of a lightweight SPP-M (Semi-Pressed Paper-Mica) cone and the 24 mm Tetolon® dome tweeter ensures natural music reproduction with clear highs and powerful mids. The rotatable and adjustable RHFC™ (Rotary High Frequency Contour) tweeter allows the high-frequency sound to be optimally directed toward the listening position—ideal for the often unfavorable mounting positions in vehicle doors.

The robust 25-mm voice coil on an aluminum frame ensures high power handling and reliable performance even at higher volumes. The compact steel basket with a vibration-damping magnet cover reduces unwanted resonance and supports clean, low-distortion sound reproduction.
