Compact, space-saving and with double woofer power for breathtaking bass performance: The HELIX IK ER8.2-DVC2 is the ultimate choice for bass enthusiasts looking for uncompromising low-frequency performance without compromising on space-saving installation. Thanks to its round, flat housing, it can be integrated into spare wheel recesses and thus maximizes the efficiency of the available space in the vehicle.
In addition to the conventional connection sockets, where the 2+2 Ω output can also be wired to a single 4 or even 1 Ω output, the speaker also has the innovative Quick Connect connection, which enables a plug+play connection with any amplifier via a 4-way Molex socket. This requires special Quick Connect connection cables, which are available in 4 different lengths.
Overwhelming bass in the smallest of spaces
The ingenious bass reflex design of the IK ER8.2-DVC2 guarantees not only excellent sound quality, but above all a bass performance that is second to none. Equipped with two powerful 200 mm drivers with handmade paper cones (2 x HELIX IK W8), this subwoofer produces low frequencies that are not only audible but also perceptible. Even in confined spaces, it delivers a bass dynamic that impresses in terms of both pressure and precision - a real must-have for all those who want to experience the ultimate low bass.
Flexible installation and configuration
Thanks to the plug-in screw terminal, the subwoofer can be installed and retrofitted quickly and safely. In addition, the flexible voice coil configuration (2 x 2 Ohm, 1 x 4 Ohm or 1 x 1 Ohm) enables a wide range of system integration options with a variety of amplifiers.
Robust and durable
The recessed subwoofer chassis ensures a slim, space-saving design and at the same time offers improved protection for the speaker. Added to this is the hard-wearing needle felt coating with embroidered HELIX logo, which gives the enclosure both style and durability. Extra security is provided by the enclosed mounting set, which ensures reliable mounting in the spare wheel well.
