Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The Ground Zero GZRF 6.5SQX is a high-performance 2-way coaxial speaker system in the 165-mm format. Thanks to the combination of an aluminum cone and an integrated 25-mm silk dome tweeter, the system covers a wide frequency range and is ideal for enhancing the sound quality of an existing car audio system.

The 3-ohm design allows for efficient use of the available amplifier power. With a power handling capacity of 100 watts RMS and up to 140 watts maximum, this pair of speakers also offers sufficient power reserves for more demanding car audio systems.

The low- and midrange driver consists of aluminum and is guided by a sturdy rubber surround. A Conex® centering spider and the low-resonance steel basket ensure controlled mechanical guidance. A 25-mm silk dome is used for the high-frequency range. An integrated high-frequency and overload protection system safeguards the system at higher volume levels.

With a sensitivity of 91 dB and a frequency range of 50 Hz to 24 kHz, the GZRF 6.5SQX can be used with compatible car stereos as well as in combination with a separate power amplifier. Protective grilles for a clean and secure installation are also included
