The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The GAS Audio Power MAD B1-112VS is the perfect solution for anyone looking for powerful bass without the hassle of building their own. The ready-built 12-inch subwoofer enclosure combines powerful low bass, high suitability for everyday use and maximum flexibility in a compact design.
Equipped with the tried-and-tested MAD S1-3004 subwoofer, the B1-112VS delivers rich bass performance with 300 watts RMS and impresses both at low frequencies and at high levels. Thanks to the slot port plug supplied, the enclosure can be operated flexibly as a bass reflex or closed system - depending on whether maximum pressure or a more precise sound character is required.
The robust MDF construction ensures high stability and minimizes disruptive resonances. In addition, sturdy metal brackets protect the subwoofer during daily use. The enclosure can be mounted in a classic or downfire position using the included feet - ideal for various vehicle types and trunk solutions.
The IMPP cone (Injection Molded Polypropylene), the 2" voice coil and the powerful ferrite magnet guarantee long-lasting performance and high sound pressure even under intensive load.
