ESX Vision Serie
The ESX VISION speakers impress with extreme strength and high internal damping, resulting in a very linear frequency range. This means an absolutely neutral, unadulterated reproduction of the music signal. The 25 mm voice coils on Kapton carriers are driven by powerful, highly efficient Y35 ferrite magnets. This improved the efficiency in the bass and mid-range.
The 25 mm fabric tweeters of the component systems are provided with a coupling volume in order to achieve a low crossover frequency. The drive using very light CCAW wire (aluminum wire with copper coating) and strong N38 neodymium magnets guarantee a linear frequency range up to over 25 kHz. The whole thing is perfectly matched by the 12 dB crossover with distortion-free air coil in the bass and high-quality foil capacitor in the treble branch. The treble level can be perfectly adjusted to the vehicle acoustics in 4 stages via a voltage divider. The mid-range level can be raised by about 2 dB if the system is combined with a loud bass box, in order to keep up well with the level and dynamics of the bass.
