ESX Vision Series
The VISION series is getting a top-class addition with the completely newly developed V1600A active subwoofer speaker. During the development of this sound system, particular attention was paid to rich and precise bass with small cabinet dimensions, which has been perfectly implemented with the optimally tuned 20 cm (8") active woofer and the passive subwoofer of the same size opposite. Compared to conventional bass reflex systems, this concept provides more low bass with less noise at a relatively small volume. The compact but extremely solid housing of the ESX CUBE is made of 5 mm thick continuous cast aluminum. The two sturdy protective grilles protect the woofers. Thanks to the ingenious mounting system, the "wonder cube" is very easy to install. A stable base plate with guide rails is fixed in the trunk and the housing is simply pushed onto it. The advantage here is that the sound system can be removed from the vehicle at any time if the space is needed elsewhere at short notice. The integrated Class A/B amp is equipped with high-level inputs and an automatic switch-on function and delivers up to 300 watts of music power. The bass level, low-pass filter and phase can be adjusted using the included cable remote control.
