The HORIZON HZ amplifier connection sets offer everything you need to connect an amplifier. Powerful amplifiers can only deliver an optimum output line if a stable power supply is also ensured, which is precisely why ESX offers a total of three different cable cross-sections for the perfect power supply to suit your amplifier. The sets include power cables with CCAW (copper-coated aluminum with high density), which guarantees excellent conductivity.

Wie verlege ich das ESX HZ10WK richtig im Auto?

Das ESX HZ10WK wird vom Pluspol der Batterie durch eine Kabeldurchführung in den Innenraum geführt. Das rote Stromkabel verbindest du über die Sicherung mit dem Verstärker, das silberne Massekabel an einen blanken Karosseriepunkt. Die Cinchkabel verlegst du getrennt von den Stromkabeln zur Headunit.

Welche Verstärkerleistung kann ich mit dem ESX HZ10WK versorgen?

Das 10mm² Kabelkit ist für leistungsstarke Endstufen bis etwa 800 Watt RMS ausgelegt. Die stabile Stromversorgung durch das dicke Kabel garantiert auch bei hohen Leistungen eine saubere Signalübertragung ohne Spannungsabfall. Für noch stärkere Endstufen empfehlen wir größere Querschnitte.

Ist das ESX HZ10WK für Subwoofer geeignet?

Ja, das Kabelkit eignet sich perfekt zum Anschließen von Subwoofern. Die hervorragende Leitfähigkeit des 10mm² Kabels stellt sicher, dass dein Bass sauber und kraftvoll wiedergegeben wird. Die optimale Ausgangsleistung für den Anschluss eines Verstärkers – und damit indirekt auch für Subwoofer-Setups, wenn ein Amp genutzt wird.

Wie lang sind die Kabel im ESX HZ10WK?

Das Set enthält typischerweise 5 Meter Stromkabel und 5 Meter Cinchkabel. Diese Länge reicht für die meisten Fahrzeuge aus, um vom Motorraum bis in den Kofferraum zu verlegen. Bei besonders langen Fahrzeugen solltest du die Länge vorher prüfen.

Kann ich das ESX HZ10WK auch für normale Lautsprecher verwenden?

Das Kabelkit ist primär für den Anschluss von Verstärkern konzipiert. Für normale Lautsprecher ohne Verstärker brauchst du dieses Set nicht – hier reichen die vorhandenen Lautsprecherkabel des Autoradios. Das ESX HZ10WK kommt bei externen Verstärkern zum Einsatz.

Welche Sicherung brauche ich für das ESX HZ10WK?

Die Sicherung richtet sich nach deiner Verstärkerleistung. Bei 10mm² Kabeln empfehlen wir eine 60–80- Ampere-Sicherung, je nach Verstärker. Die Sicherung muss immer zur Leistung passen und sollte maximal 30cm vom Batteriepol entfernt montiert werden.
