The Xtreme series from EDGE is characterized by a new product style that is not found in the rest of the product range.
This high frequency driver differs from a conventional compression tweeter. It uses a high-performance motor to precisely drive the large titanium cone and voice coils. A massive, 6.5 inch horn with a large funnel is used for this purpose. Thanks to this large horn, the professional driver can reproduce significantly lower frequencies than a normal horn tweeter.
The EDPRO65T delivers frequencies down to around 1000 Hz. The horn itself provides a more even sound due to its more progressive sound distribution. This results in more clarity, efficiency and volume.
The addition of this horn driver to the Xtreme series is for those who want to take their sound system to the next level and achieve concert-level volume on the go!
