The CZ Audio Street Neo 15" v2 is a high-end 38-cm subwoofer built without compromise for high-performance car audio and SPL systems. With a power handling capacity of 6,000 watts RMS, a large linear excursion, and a powerful neodymium driver, the Street Neo v2 is designed for applications that require enormous headroom combined with high mechanical control.

At the heart of the driver is a solid 3.5-inch voice coil with eight layers of windings. CCAW is used as the conductor material. Combined with the powerful neodymium magnet system, this design enables high power handling while keeping the motor weight relatively low.

The rigid carbon cone is designed to withstand enormous mechanical stresses and is intended to maintain its shape as much as possible even during large cone excursions. With a specified Xmax of 40 mm, the Street Neo 15" v2 has considerable excursion reserve and can move correspondingly large volumes of air. A foam surround provides flexible guidance for the diaphragm.

Mechanically, too, the subwoofer is designed to withstand extreme conditions. The sturdy die-cast aluminum basket provides a torsionally rigid base for the driver and cone assembly. Each Street Neo is handcrafted by CZ Audio in Austria and is available in several dual-voice-coil configurations. This allows the impedance to be selected to match the intended power amplifier and wiring configuration.
