Crunch CRE400.4DSP

The Crunch CRE400.4DSP combines a compact, 4-channel Class A/B analog amplifier with a powerful 6-channel DSP. This makes the DSP amplifier particularly well-suited for upgrading existing factory audio systems where speakers are to be driven directly while additional amplifiers are integrated via the DSP-controlled RCA outputs.

Four built-in amplifier channels deliver up to 4 x 50 watts RMS into 2 ohms and can, for example, power front and rear speakers directly. A total of six DSP-controlled RCA outputs are available for expansion. This allows, for example, a separate power amplifier for a subwoofer to be integrated into the customized audio system.

The integrated 32-bit dual-core DSP running at 122.88 MHz offers extensive options for custom sound tuning. Crossover filters with slopes of up to 48 dB/octave, time alignment correction, and a 31-band equalizer per output channel allow for precise adjustment to the vehicle, speaker positions, and personal sound preferences.

Configuration can be performed using the DSP Master software for Windows or wirelessly via the DSP Master app for iOS and Android. Bluetooth 5.0 is not only used for control but also enables direct audio streaming via A2DP/aptX.

Thanks to its high-level inputs and automatic power-on function, the CRE400.4DSP can also be used with many factory-installed radios. Measuring just 97 x 47 x 208 mm, the unit remains extremely compact and allows for discreet installation even in tight spaces.
