Listening to your favorite music is only enjoyable without disturbing noises. Unfortunately, there are many materials in the car interior that cause unwanted noise. Large trim parts in particular tend to vibrate, which has an audibly negative effect on the audio reproduction of the car speakers. Comfort Mat materials offer a high level of sound insulation, reduce vibrations, increase bass reproduction and dynamics and thus ensure precise audio reproduction. The Comfort Mat Silence Kit is optimally designed for the front two doors to achieve optimum results.

Application/Installation:

1st step
Remove the door panel, remove the speakers.

Step 2
Clean the surfaces to be covered. They must be free of grease, wax, silicone and other soiling. The Alubutyl must be pressed on firmly and without air pockets.

Step 3
Apply Alubutyl VESPA to:
- Outer door panel, primarily on the flat, slightly vibrating surfaces.
- Glue half a sheet of TSUNAMI to the VESPA behind each speaker.
- Apply VESPA to the inner door panel, mainly in the area around the loudspeaker.
- If the door has a moisture protection film instead of a closed unit carrier, it is advisable to replace the moisture protection film with stable aluminum butyl.
- Mount the loudspeaker stably and tightly, possibly glue in a small roof made of VESPA for rain protection.

Step 4
- Cover the door trim with BRONZE.
- Glue the ULTRASOFT 10 absorber onto the aluminum butyl =>> leave the fixing points free!
- Sound guide/sealing from the loudspeaker to the grille
to the grille.

Step 5
- Fit the door panels.
