The B² Audio REF SQ61 was developed for discerning music lovers who place the highest value on natural sound, rich detail, and precise soundstaging. This high-quality 2-way component system combines a powerful 165-mm mid-bass driver with a high-resolution ceramic dome tweeter, ensuring exceptionally balanced sound reproduction.
The multi-layer carbon cone of the mid-bass driver impresses with its high rigidity and low weight, enabling clean bass reproduction and precise midrange. The high-quality ferrite driver ensures controlled cone movement even at higher volume levels. The system is complemented by a 25-mm ceramic tweeter with a dual neodymium magnet system, which reproduces the finest details clearly and with minimal distortion.
Thanks to its high-quality passive crossovers, the REF SQ61 is suitable for both traditional hi-fi setups and as an ideal foundation for DSP-based sound-quality systems. The robust construction, featuring CNC-machined aluminum baskets, gold-plated components, and efficient ventilation, underscores the high-end quality of this speaker system.
