A MAX subwoofer is designed to push the limits and live up to your commitment to performance and style. Made for the hardcore bassheads out there—with a rigid and durable cone made of unpressed paper infused with mica minerals, it perfectly balances incredible power, weight, and musicality.

MADE TO MOVE
The dust cap is made of IMPP for a unique 3D design—an idea we adopted from the MAD S2 series. But since this is the MAX series, we’ve taken it a step further. With an impressive high-roll surround, you get even more excursion. The dual voice coil is made of PCW (pure copper wire), and for the 8-inch and 10-inch models, we’ve added a domed pole piece for additional mechanical Xmax, which also minimizes the risk of voice coil damage.

The MAX S1 subwoofers show everyone that your commitment to sound is true to the core. No details were overlooked, and no compromises were made. We demonstrate our dedication to the art of bass with double-stacked HQ ferrite magnets to achieve insane motor power at the heart of the subwoofer. For added durability, we’ve also equipped all models with a dual Nomex spider and double-stitched construction on the 8-inch and 10-inch models. This ensures that your sound system will last forever. These subwoofers are extreme and over-the-top—just as they should be!

THE COOLEST SUBWOOFER ON THE MARKET
The MAX S1 shows everyone that you’ve reached the next level—the MAX level. The performance of a subwoofer at this level requires extremely good ventilation. Only the best—and then some—is good enough! We’ve addressed cooling in two different ways. The material in the top/back panel is thicker for optimal heat conduction, and the integrated DVS2 (Dual Ventilation System) ensures incredible heat dissipation while reducing distortion
