Awave KING 160.4

The Awave KING 160.4 is a powerful 4-channel amplifier designed specifically for high-quality music reproduction and sophisticated sound quality systems. The classic Class AB circuitry combines high output power with precise, dynamic, and detailed sound reproduction, making it particularly well-suited for driving high-quality front and multi-way speaker systems.

With 4 x 140 watts RMS at 4 ohms or 4 x 220 watts RMS at 2 ohms, there is ample power in reserve even for high-power speakers. In addition, two channels can be bridged at a time, allowing the KING 160.4 to be used, for example, in powerful 2-channel configurations or combinations of a speaker system and a subwoofer.

To accommodate different speaker configurations, each channel section features a built-in crossover. High-pass and low-pass filters can be adjusted over a very wide frequency range. This makes the amplifier ideal not only for traditional front/rear systems, but also for semi-active setups and high-end sound-quality installations.
