The AWAVE AWF650 is a vehicle-specific 165-mm 2-way coaxial speaker system designed for numerous Ford models. Thanks to its vehicle-specific design, the system is particularly well-suited for replacing factory-installed speakers without having to resort to universal speaker baskets.
The low-midrange drivers feature a synthetic fiberglass cone that offers a balanced combination of light weight and high stability. This allows for the clear and controlled reproduction of vocals, instruments, and low-frequency musical elements. At the center of the speaker is a 13-mm fabric dome tweeter, which reproduces high and midrange frequencies through a compact coaxial unit.
With a power handling capacity of 50 watts RMS, an impedance of 4 ohms, and a sensitivity of 88 dB, the AWF650 is suitable for use with the factory radio as well as with a compatible aftermarket amplifier.
