The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The Audio System US08 PASSIVE EVO was designed for anyone who doesn't want to compromise on powerful, precise bass—even when installation space is limited. Thanks to its extremely slim design, this passive underseat subwoofer is ideal for installation under the vehicle seat or in other space-saving locations.
The solid die-cast aluminum enclosure ensures high stability and reduces unwanted resonance. Two passive radiators integrated into the sides support the low-frequency range and enable impressively deep and controlled bass reproduction. When paired with a suitable power amplifier, the US08 PASSIVE EVO delivers a dynamic, powerful sound and is the perfect complement to any car audio system.
