The Audio System Italy KF7 is a high-performance 16.5-cm midrange driver from the pro audio sector, designed for applications where high efficiency, signal handling, and direct sound reproduction are paramount. With a power handling capacity of 150 watts RMS and a sensitivity of 95 dB, the KF7 achieves high sound pressure levels even with relatively moderate amplifier power.

Its treated paper cone combines a low moving mass with the stability required for high-performance car audio systems. The usable frequency range from 110 Hz to 10,000 Hz enables broadband operation in the midrange. This makes the KF7 particularly well-suited for high-performance 2-way and 3-way pro audio systems as well as for custom-built doorboards.

The 38.1 mm voice coil, combined with the powerful driver, ensures high power handling. With an installation depth of approximately 76 mm, the speaker can be used in a wide variety of custom car audio installations. For optimal results, active amplification with appropriately tuned high-pass and low-pass filters is recommended.
