Audio System AS300.2

The Audio System Italy AS300.2 is a powerful analog 2-channel Class AB amplifier that combines high output power with controlled and detailed music reproduction. With up to 2 × 600 watts RMS at 2 ohms, this power amplifier is ideal for high-power front systems, subwoofer setups, or other demanding speaker configurations.

Alternatively, both channels can be operated in bridge mode. In this configuration, the AS300.2 delivers up to 1,300 watts RMS into 4 ohms and can therefore also drive a high-power subwoofer.

The Class AB circuit is designed for low distortion and clean signal processing. High-quality, carefully selected components and high-performance MOSFETs form the basis for stable power output. The solid aluminum housing also aids in heat dissipation under heavy load.

The AS300.2 features built-in active crossovers to accommodate different speaker systems. The low-pass filter can be adjusted from 15 to 500 Hz, and the high-pass filter from 50 to 4,000 Hz. With a frequency response range of 5 to 25,000 Hz, the power amplifier can be used for both subwoofer and full-range speaker applications.

An integrated protection system monitors key operating parameters of the power amplifier and protects the amplifier and connected speakers in the event of, among other things, a short circuit, DC voltage at the output, overheating, or a supply voltage outside the permissible range.
