The Audio System Italy AE650C is a high-quality 2-way component system designed for sophisticated car audio installations. The set combines a robust 165-mm full-range driver with a high-resolution silk dome tweeter and a crossover designed to work in harmony with them.

The low-midrange driver features a particularly rigid cone design and is engineered for controlled, dynamic sound reproduction. As a result, the AE650C is suitable for both detail-oriented sound-quality systems and more powerful front speaker systems. The solid speaker construction provides a sturdy mechanical foundation and supports precise reproduction in the midrange and bass frequencies.

A 25-mm silk dome tweeter is used for the high-frequency range. It complements the low-midrange driver with detailed sound reproduction up to 22 kHz. Thanks to the separate components, the low-midrange driver and tweeter can be positioned independently of one another in the vehicle and thus optimally aligned with the listening position.

The included crossovers allow for classic passive operation with a 2-channel amplifier. Alternatively, the speaker system can also serve as the basis for an active DSP setup in which the low-midrange drivers and tweeters are driven separately.
