Ampire MBM 500.1-4G

The Ampire MBM500.1-4G is an exceptionally compact single-channel Class D power amplifier designed to deliver high power to a subwoofer. Despite its small size, this monoblock delivers up to 500 watts RMS into 2 ohms, making it ideal for car audio installations where high bass output is required in a limited installation space.

In addition to RCA inputs, the MBM500.1-4G features high-level inputs, allowing it to be connected directly to many factory-installed radios. The built-in Auto-Turn-On feature enables the power amplifier to activate automatically via the speaker signal, eliminating the need for a separate remote wire from the radio.

A variable low-pass filter and an adjustable bass boost are available for customizing the sound of the connected subwoofer. In addition, a built-in subsonic filter at 20 Hz protects the subwoofer from unwanted extremely low-frequency signal components. The compact enclosure, measuring just 251 x 141 x 50 mm, makes it easy to install the subwoofer under a seat, behind trim panels, or in space-saving trunk installations, for example.
