The Ampire MBM1000.1-2G is a high-performance mono power amplifier designed for driving demanding in-car subwoofers. Despite its compact dimensions, this Class D amplifier delivers up to 1,000 watts RMS into 1 ohm, making it suitable even for high-power subwoofer systems.
Thanks to the high efficiency of its digital amplifier technology, the MBM1000.1-2G can be installed in a space-saving manner. With a height of just 50 mm, it fits even where there is very little installation space available for a traditional high-power power amplifier.
An adjustable low-pass filter and a variable bass boost are available for tuning the subwoofer. In addition, a subsonic filter cuts off very low frequencies below the usable frequency range. In addition to standard RCA inputs, the amplifier features high-level speaker inputs with an automatic power-on function. This allows it to be integrated into vehicles equipped with factory-installed radios or OEM sound systems.
