The Auto-Connect PNF40A is a high-performance noise-reduction filter for the 12-volt power supply of car audio components. It was designed to reduce electrical interference in the vehicle’s electrical system, which can manifest as humming, whistling, or other unwanted background noise coming through the speakers.
The filter is integrated directly into the power supply of the device in question and is particularly well-suited for car audio amplifiers, car stereos, and other sensitive 12-volt audio components. With a maximum current capacity of 40 amps, the PNF40A is also suitable for devices with higher current requirements.
Especially when ground connections and cable routing have already been checked but electrical noise is still present, the PNF40A can help reduce interference coupled through the power supply and enable clean audio playback.
