ESX V1600A

The ESX V1600A from the VISION series is a compact active subwoofer that delivers powerful and precise bass reproduction despite its small enclosure size. The specially developed system combines a 20 cm (8") active subwoofer with a passive diaphragm of the same size positioned opposite it.

Thanks to this design, the V1600A delivers impressive deep bass reproduction while reducing the enclosure volume. Compared to traditional bass-reflex designs, this prevents unwanted airflow noise.

The exceptionally sturdy enclosure is made of 5-mm-thick extruded aluminum and provides reliable protection for the components. Both speaker cones are also equipped with sturdy protective grilles.

An integrated Class A/B amplifier with 150 watts RMS and up to 300 watts of peak power delivers the necessary output. High-level and RCA inputs allow for integration into both factory-installed and aftermarket audio systems. An automatic power-on function simplifies connection to the existing car stereo.

The included wired remote control allows you to conveniently adjust the bass level, low-pass frequency, and phase.

The well-designed mounting system is particularly convenient: A sturdy base plate with guide rails is secured in the trunk. The subwoofer can then be easily slid into place and removed again as needed, allowing for flexible use of the trunk space.
