The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

Equipped with the proven MAD S1-3004 subwoofer, the B1-112VS delivers rich bass performance with 300 watts RMS and impresses with both low frequencies and high volume levels. Thanks to the included slot port plug, the enclosure can be flexibly operated as a bass-reflex or sealed system—depending on whether maximum sound pressure or a more precise sound character is desired.
The rugged MDF construction ensures high stability and minimizes unwanted resonance. In addition, sturdy metal brackets protect the subwoofer during daily use. Using the included feet, the enclosure can be mounted in a traditional or down-firing configuration—ideal for various vehicle types and trunk setups.
The IMPP (Injection-Molded Polypropylene) diaphragm, the 2" voice coil, and the powerful ferrite magnet guarantee long-lasting performance and high sound pressure levels even under heavy use.
