With the Comfort Mat Door Silence Kit, you get a perfectly tailored sound deadening kit for two car doors. The combination of high-quality aluminum butyl mats and specially developed sound absorbers effectively reduces vibrations, body panel resonance, and annoying road noise. At the same time, it creates a significantly sturdier door cavity, allowing speakers to perform with greater precision and significantly enhancing the dynamics of the midrange and low bass in particular.

This set is ideal for car audio retrofits as well as for improving overall ride comfort, and combines several types of sound-deadening materials designed for different purposes within the vehicle door. The kit is designed to sound-deadens two doors.

Quick Installation Guide

1. Remove the door panel and thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces to be covered with adhesive.
2. Cut the aluminum-butyl mats (BRONZE and VESPA) to size and apply them as the first layer to both the outer and inner panels.
3. At low ambient temperatures, gently warm the aluminum butyl with a heat gun to increase its flexibility and adhesive strength.
4. Next, use a pressure roller to press the mats down carefully, ensuring there are no air bubbles.
5. Apply ULTRASOFT as a second coat to the appropriate areas of the door panel.
6. Mount TSUNAMI behind the speaker or in the designated areas.
7. Finally, check all components and reinstall the door panel properly.
