ESX QRM30S

The ESX QRM30S Quantum Razor Mat is a high-quality, self-adhesive aluminum-butyl damping material designed to effectively reduce vibrations, resonances, and annoying rattling noises in vehicles. With a material thickness of 3.0 mm and a mechanical loss factor (MLF) of 0.5, it offers exceptionally high damping properties and is also suitable for demanding car audio installations.

The combination of aluminum and butyl effectively reduces unwanted vibrations in body panels and vehicle trim. At the same time, the material helps reduce sound transmission. This allows vehicle speakers to better realize their full sound potential, especially at higher volumes and with powerful bass reproduction.

The QRM30S is particularly well-suited for stabilizing large sheet metal panels and for damping vehicle doors, trunks, and other body parts prone to vibration. The self-adhesive version allows for precise application on suitable surfaces.
