Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

SHAPEDPOLYPROPYLE MEMBRANE
We wanted to make the MAD S1 Series really loud, and that requires, among other things, a robust cone. The S1 Series cone is made of injection-molded polypropylene that can withstand the harshest resonances and cone vibrations.
DVS™-VENTILATION SYSTEM
If you like it loud, proper cooling is key. We have equipped the subwoofer with a DVS™ (Dual Ventilation System) to reduce distortion and increase heat dissipation. Proper cooling reduces heat generation, and by reducing heat generation you have the option to install more subwoofers for even better sound!
HOUSING OPTIMIZED
The MAD S1 series is both loud and impressive. We have developed a subwoofer with multi-talented Thiele/Small parameters that promise outstanding performance in both sealed, vented and bandpass enclosures.
CRAZY DESIGN
To round off the high-quality construction of the subwoofer, we have developed an industrial and robust MAD-shaped steel basket that is durable and robust. The 51mm voice coil is made of PCW (Pure Copper Wire) and the dust cap, like the cone, is made of IMPP for a unique 3D design that will make your friends envious and keep haters away!
