The ESX DBX800A is a powerful dual-active subwoofer system designed specifically for installation in the spare tire well. With two 20 cm (8-inch) subwoofers and a built-in Class D mono amplifier, the system delivers powerful, deep bass without taking up valuable trunk space.

Power is provided by the high-performance ESX POWER4 amplifier module, which delivers 400 watts RMS and up to 800 watts of peak power. Thanks to its high efficiency of up to 84%, the power amplifier operates particularly efficiently. The two subwoofers feature sturdy paper cones and generously sized 50-mm voice coils, which enable precise and powerful bass reproduction.

The rugged bass-reflex enclosure is covered with durable carpet and features sturdy protective grilles made of perforated metal. Thanks to its round design, the DBX800A can be installed in many spare-tire wells to save space.

For optimal integration into existing sound systems, the active subwoofer offers both RCA and high-level inputs. The built-in EPS PRO system with switchable input impedances simplifies connection to modern factory radios and OEM sound systems. An automatic power-on function, an adjustable low-pass filter, a subsonic filter, and a bass boost allow for customization to suit the vehicle and personal sound preferences.

The included wired bass-level remote control allows you to conveniently adjust the bass volume from the driver's seat.
