ARC8 T6/T5

The ARC Audio ARC8 T6/T5 is a vehicle-specific subwoofer solution for the VW T5, T6, and T6.1 with a single seat on the passenger side. The compact enclosure is designed to be mounted inside the front passenger seat console to save space, thereby not taking up any additional storage space in the vehicle’s interior.

Inside, a 20 cm (8") ARC Audio ARC8 subwoofer operates in a sealed 12-liter enclosure. The down-firing design directs the subwoofer’s sound downward, delivering powerful and deep bass despite its compact dimensions. The sturdy enclosure is made of 12 mm birch plywood.

Thanks to the vehicle-specific design, the original connectors can still be housed next to the housing. Depending on the vehicle's equipment, you should check before installation whether components such as an auxiliary battery, CD changer, or other control units are already located inside the passenger seat console.

The ARC8 is particularly well-suited for compact car audio systems and DSP amplifiers where a full-fledged subwoofer needs to be integrated despite limited installation space.
